2026 AGREEMENT TO TERMS By using NextBuy, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to make purchases. ORDERS AND PRICING All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected fraud. Orders are fulfilled through our trusted partners, and tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order ships. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS For orders shipped outside of Canada, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. RETURNS We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition.
