Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships with tracking information.

Shipping Times

Canada: 5-10 business days after processing

United States: 7-15 business days after processing

International: 10-25 business days after processing

Please note these are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within Canada.

Tracking All orders include tracking. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple Items Orders with multiple items may ship from different locations and arrive separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

International Orders & Customs International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by your country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and are determined by your local customs office. We have no control over these fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 5 days and we'll help investigate.

For packages delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate your order.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
